Extend your experience of artistic freedom - In this immersive workshop participants will enjoy shaking off tension through improvised movement to inspiring music, preparing us to enjoy the depth of a somatic breath process. Naturally, we'll then use this full creative space to give voice to our thoughts, feelings, ideas, visions, and healings through paint and color. Here’s an opportunity to throw off restrictions of all forms – mental, emotional, energetic. Experience a liberation through your body's impulse to take up space - show emotions through strokes, rhythmic patterns, imagery, and symbols.
